Shri Yashwantrao Chavan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (SYCSPM) was established in the year 1985 with an objective of providing quality education in the fields of Arts, Commerce , Vocational subjects and basic school . It is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and BPT Act, 1950.
Sinhgad College of Commerce was established in August 2008 with a view to conducting undergraduate Commerce & Management courses of the University of Mumbai .

Admission Criteria
A candidate eligible for admission to the Bachelor B.M.S. must secure 45% marks of the H.S.C. Exam of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, or its equivalent for the General Category at first attempt and minimum 40% marks for reserved category from the Science, Commerce, & Arts. Streams.
