ABOUT COLLEGE
D. Y. Patil College of Engineering and Technology, Kolhapur was established in the year 1984 by Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil. It is one of the oldest technical institutes in the state of Mahrashtra. The most important thing that makes this institute a perfect engineering college is that the institute has always been ranked among the leading technical institutes in India. The institute has been awarded with an ISO 9001:2000 certificate by American Quality Assurance, Columbia, U.S.A. and is approved by A.I.C.T.E (Govt. of India).
