Christ University was born out of the educational vision of Saint Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the founder of CMI congregation. Saint Chavara was a great educationalist and a social reformer of the 19th century. He could foresee the changes in the environment and make strategic moves to build a better society based on fatherhood of God and brotherhood of humanity. Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), the first indigenous religious congregation of India with a membership of around 3000, renders its service to humanity in educational, social, health care and other activities aiming at the integral development of the society. Christ University is rooted in Gospel values, and is committed to provide Holistic education through the development of intellectual competence, personal skills, inter-personal skills and societal skills. Admission Criteria

Candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the undergraduate Examinations in any discipline. Candidates in the final year of their bachelor's degree may also apply. Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters/Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far) ADMISSION PROCEDURE Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their Valid MAT/CAT/ATMA/XAT/GMAT score. The shortlisted candidates will then be called for Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview Session. The final selection will be based on the basis of the scores altogether.
