These industries are also giving the institute a unique advantage of industry-institute interaction in various disciplines of engineering.This institute is located on Korba road amidst the peaceful, lush green and natural region of Koni village occupying an area of 179 acres of land. The first session of education in this institute started on July, 1964 and the first batch passed out in the year 1969. Till now several engineers graduated from this institution have been recruited in different reputed organization of the country.
