Minimum Eligibility
The candidates should have passed their 10+2 standard from a recognized board for the admission in to any of the B.Tech / B.Arch programmes in the MANIT institute. They are required to have studied Mathematics, Botany, Biology, Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects in the 10+2 standard. Furthermore, one should have secured a minimum mark of 55% in the 10+2 final examination. Relaxation of 5% is allowed for the candidates from the SC / ST. In addition to these eligibility criteria, the candidates must have to be not more than 21 years of age.

Admission Criteria
The admission to the B.Tech programme in Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) will be on the combined basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam and also in the All India Engineering Entrance Exam (AIEEE). The candidates scoring good marks in both these exams will be admitted to the first year of engineering programme. The AIEEE rank decides in which discipline the candidates are to be admitted.
